What RunCue costs, in full.

Start with a free trial, no payment card needed. Then choose the plan that fits the number of events you run and the people who work on them, or stay on Free.

Pricing

Free, Personal, Team, or Business.

Prices in USD. Every button starts the same free trial. Choose a paid plan in Billing whenever you are ready, or stay on Free.

14 days · 3 active events · 3 workspace members · no payment card

Billing is on active events and workspace members, not per event or per guest, so recurring events do not multiply your subscription bill while you stay within your plan’s limits.

  • 100 active automation rules per workspace
  • 50 GB workspace storage · 1,095 days of activity history

A year of Team costs $588 for up to 10 workspace members and 10 active events. That is less than one event on a per-event platform: Accelevents Professional starts at $7,500 for a single event, with registration and onsite tools included. Compare the scope.

Workspace members include the owner and internal collaborators. Pending invitations reserve a place. External client and vendor portal users do not use seats.

Talk to sales

Free or Personal?

Free keeps the essentials for one small event. Personal adds guest check-in, seating, forms, custom templates and more capacity. Your trial is temporary access, not a paid subscription.

No card means no automatic charge. If you choose a paid plan during the trial, Billing shows when payments begin before you confirm.

How Founder pricing works

Founder rates are the prices shown on each plan. The standard rate under each price applies to new workspaces after Founder enrollment closes.

Eligibility belongs to the workspace, not the person or a discount code. The server assigns it when the workspace is created.

The current enrollment window closes 31 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Your workspace must be created before that cutoff.

A qualifying workspace keeps Founder rates when switching eligible plans or billing intervals. It pays the Founder rate for the new plan, not the old plan’s amount. Creating a different workspace does not transfer eligibility.

Limits belong to one workspace. Active events include Draft, Planning, Confirmed and Live events. Active tasks exclude completed tasks. Guest limits count records, not additional people represented by plus-ones. Actions also require the relevant workspace and event permissions.

Pricing questions

Can I get my event data back out?

Yes. Reports can be downloaded as PDF, with CSV on eligible plans, and calendars can be exported as ICS. Workspace JSON export includes the records you are allowed to access: events and budgets, tasks, guests, vendors, run of show, clients, proposals, contracts, forms and submissions, plus related workspace records. It includes attachment records, not a backup of the uploaded files themselves. Download those files separately. Formats and actions depend on your plan and role; Personal and above include CSV and JSON exports.

What support can I use before a client event?

Email support@getruncue.com for help with your workspace. The Help Center has setup guides, and you can book a workflow review to walk through your event with the team. Try one event, check your permissions and exports, and rehearse check-in and the run of show before moving a client delivery across.

Can I give feedback directly to the product team?

Yes. The design partner programme is for planners, agencies and corporate teams with an event in the next 90 days. Participants use RunCue on a real event and share notes on planning, vendors, guests, event day and closeout directly with the people building it. Apply through the Design partners link in the footer.

What happens during the 14-day trial?

Explore up to 3 active events with 3 workspace members for 14 days without entering a payment card. The trial includes check-in, seating, RSVP forms, calendar sync, Ask Cue and 20 SMS segments to United States and Canadian numbers, with 250 guest records per event. It does not include client and vendor portals, approvals, online payments, or API tokens and webhooks. If you do not upgrade, the workspace moves to Free: your data is kept, and anything over the Free limits becomes read-only.

What does Founder pricing protect?

Qualifying early workspaces keep Founder pricing for the life of the workspace. The benefit does not expire. Switching eligible plans or billing intervals keeps the Founder cohort, but the amount changes to the Founder rate for the new plan and interval.

What if I upgrade during the trial?

You keep the rest of your free trial. Your first payment is taken when the trial ends, and your paid plan renews one month or one year after that payment.

How do upgrades work?

Upgrade from Billing at any time. The new plan starts straight away, and any extra charge for the rest of the current period is shown before you confirm.

How do downgrades work?

A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, monthly or annual. Before you confirm, Billing shows what changes on the lower plan, and if you have more members than it includes, you choose who loses access. Anything over the new limits then becomes read-only, never deleted, and upgrading again makes it editable. We email you three days before if you are still over the limits.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Your data stays: anything over Free’s limits becomes read-only, and you can still view and export it.

Do client and vendor portal users cost a seat?

Workspace members include the owner and internal collaborators. Pending invitations reserve a place. External client and vendor portal users do not use seats.

Can I pay annually?

Monthly billing is available today. Annual billing is not currently offered to new workspaces on this page; choose a monthly plan using the prices above.
