Understand personal workspaces, shared workspaces and subscriptions.
Account and workspace are different
Your account identifies you. A workspace contains events and has its own subscription and access rules. Switching workspace changes the events, members and available features you see. A paid subscription in one workspace does not upgrade another workspace.
Set up your workspace
Follow the workspace setup after signup. Choose the type that reflects how you work and supply the requested workspace details. Use the workspace switcher to select an existing workspace or the create-workspace option when offered. Ownership and creation restrictions can prevent another owned workspace; joining an invited workspace is a separate action.
Agency and venue workflows
Agencies can organize client events in a shared workspace. Venues can reuse layouts and coordinate suppliers across events. These describe working practices, not a promise of a separate subscription available to buy. Check Billing & Usage for your workspace’s actual plan and limits.
