Use a client or vendor portal

Find the event information and documents shared with you without joining the organizer’s workspace.

Open your portal

Use the portal link provided by the event team. The available sections depend on what the team has shared. A portal does not provide full workspace access. Keep the link private and ask the organizer before passing it to another person.

Find client information

Select the relevant project using the project navigation or Project selector. Shared account items, when available, contains information shared at the account level. Open the document or invoice you need and use its Download control to save a copy. Review the selected project before responding to a document. Use the messages control when the team has made messaging available. Missing projects, documents or figures must be shared by the event team before you can see them.

Find vendor information

Use Portal sections, or Jump to portal section on a smaller screen, to open the information shared for your assignment. Check the event, service, load-in details and requirements before arrival. Invoice submission, document uploads and arrival updates appear only when enabled for your portal. Read the fields and review your submission before saving; a submitted invoice does not itself confirm payment.

If the portal is unavailable

Check that you opened the complete link from the event team. A revoked, expired or unavailable share cannot be restored from your browser. Ask the event team for a current link or for the specific missing item. Do not create another RunCue workspace to try to unlock a portal.
