Check scope and access
Confirm the selected workspace and event. Ask an owner to check your active membership, event assignment and role. Then review the workspace plan and whether a trial has ended. A plan upgrade and a role change solve different problems.
Loading is different from denial
If the page reports a loading or retrieval failure, use its retry control and check the connection. Do not assume a failed read proves that you lack permission. If access still differs from the assigned role, contact support with the page and action.
