Check the cause
Confirm the selected workspace, event-creation permission and active event capacity. Review highlighted fields on Event details, Starter plan and Review and create. Correct invalid dates, missing decisions and schedule conflicts shown by the form.
Retry carefully
If submission failed after you clicked Create event, check Events before trying again. If the problem persists, keep the form open and contact support with the step and visible error. Do not delete a previous event merely to troubleshoot.
