Manage account security and data
Review authentication and the consequences of leaving or deleting shared work.
Security settings
Open Settings and Security. Use the authentication controls available to your account, including authenticator setup where offered. Follow the verification steps before assuming an authenticator is active. If the organization requires MFA, removal of the last factor can be blocked.
Account access
Use the sign-in recovery flow when you cannot access your account. An organization that requires SSO may require you to sign in through its provider. Do not share passwords, invitation tokens, recovery links or one-time codes with support.
Export or close an account
Open Data Management and read the actions available to your role. Before closure, review owned workspaces and event ownership. Transfer ownership when required and export data you are entitled to keep. Read the confirmation and retention information shown for the requested action; this guide does not promise a universal retention period or recovery window.
Protect shared information
Review public RSVP, portal, seat-lookup and report links before distributing them. Public links are different from workspace membership. Revoke or disable sharing through the relevant feature when access is no longer intended.
