Check and manage available integrations
Distinguish a connected service from a provider listed in the catalogue.
Check provider availability
Open Integrations and read the provider’s current state. A catalogue entry does not mean that connection is available in your environment. Planned providers, unavailable services and providers needing setup should not be treated as connected.
Connect an available service
Choose an available provider and follow the authorization flow offered for your workspace or personal connection. Check the requested scope and the account you are authorizing. Return to RunCue and confirm the connection status.
Webhooks and API tokens
Eligible workspaces can use the offered webhook and API-token controls. Configure the intended destination and access scope, then inspect delivery history. Keep tokens private and revoke them when no longer required. A delivery marked sent without verification is not proof the receiving system processed it.
Repair a connection
Use reconnect when a connection needs attention. If availability cannot be checked, retry the status check. Contact support when a service reports that environment setup is required rather than repeatedly authorizing the same account.
