Generate a report and export results
Choose the right scope before interpreting or sharing a report.
Prepare the source data
Review task statuses, RSVP and check-in, vendor records and financial amounts first. Reports use data you can access. Missing data, a limited role or a different event selection can change the result.
Build the report
- Open Reports & analytics and Library.
- Select a report appropriate to the question you want to answer.
- Check its event scope, date range and filters.
- Use Customize to choose available columns or metrics.
- Wait for the result to update and review it. Save a copy when you want your own reusable definition and have permission.
Export the result
Open Export report, then choose Download PDF or Download CSV when available. Wait for the browser download and inspect the file. Ordinary tabular PDF reports support up to eight columns; use CSV for wider reports or reduce the columns. CSV availability depends on your plan. Review the exported scope and sensitive fields before sharing.
Understand metrics
An RSVP count is not the same as attendance. Budget estimates, commitments, final costs and payments are distinct. Open Event analysis for the available analysis views; cross event analytics and commercial reporting require eligible plans and permissions. Scheduled delivery appears only where enabled and supported.
