Ask Cue for help with event work

Ask a focused question, review its sources and check proposed changes.

Before you begin

Cue requires an eligible plan and a configured service. Its available context follows your access. A missing feature or unavailable service is not a reason to share private information elsewhere.

Ask a useful question

Open Cue from the application. Select the relevant event context when offered. Ask one concrete question, such as which preparation tasks need attention. Include the outcome you need rather than a long list of unrelated requests.

Review before acting

Read the answer and inspect cited records. Check dates, owners and assumptions against the event. Where Cue offers a proposed action or handoff, review its scope and confirmation before applying it. An answer alone is not evidence that data was saved.

When an answer is incomplete

Make the question more specific and check that the relevant records are available in the selected event. Use the feedback controls if the response is incorrect. Complete urgent operational changes through the ordinary feature controls if Cue is unavailable.
