Set dates, timezone and multiple event days

Keep planning dates and event day schedules aligned.

Set the event schedule

During Event details, choose the start date, end date, times and timezone. For an event lasting several days, make sure the end date includes the final operational day. Review the same fields when editing an existing event.

Schedule each day

  1. Open the event’s Run of Show and choose Add cue.
  2. Enter the title and choose the intended Event day.
  3. Set Start time and End time. For a cue such as 23:30 to 00:15, select Ends the next day.
  4. Add the owner and location, then choose Add cue.
  5. Filter to the intended day and confirm the saved cue and its overnight ending.

Check the selected operational day again in Check-In and Event Day. A later end time alone does not communicate a different date.

Changing dates after planning

Review task deadlines, cue days, vendor arrangements and calendar entries after a schedule change. Read any adjustment preview before accepting it. A date change does not mean every separately entered record now matches the new plan. If a time looks wrong, compare the event timezone with the calendar display timezone.
