Import records and review batch results
Use the import destination that matches the records you want to create.
Choose the destination
Open Import data when available on your plan. Choose from the destinations the interface offers and check your creation permission for that destination. A guest file and a task file do not use the same field mapping.
Review the batch
Upload the file, select a worksheet if needed, map columns and preview rows. Resolve required-field and duplicate-mapping errors. Confirm the destination and review sample values before starting.
Check and correct results
Inspect batch history and the created records. For partial results, review failed rows before retrying. Use undo only where offered; changed or referenced records may be protected from removal. Never assume that an interrupted browser means nothing was saved.
