Use one event workspace to connect the plan, the people and the work on the day.
Start with an event
RunCue brings tasks, guests, vendors, budgets and the Run of Show together around an event. A workspace holds your events and the people who can work on them. Independent planners can use a personal workspace; teams can coordinate several events in a shared workspace.
Choose your starting point
If you are joining an existing team, use its invitation. If you are organizing your own event, create an account and open Events. The features you see depend on the selected workspace, its subscription and your role. Access to one event does not automatically give access to every event.
Follow the event lifecycle
First set the event dates and responsibilities. Build the guest list, supplier arrangements, budget and schedule. During the event, record arrivals and follow the Run of Show. Afterwards, review attendance, costs and unresolved work before completing or archiving the event.
