Check in guests and plus-ones
Record who arrived, on the correct event day.
Before you begin
Check-In requires an eligible plan and attendance permission. Choose the event and day before checking someone in. Where RunCue offers only event day continuity access, check-in opens 12 hours before the next event; it does not grant unrestricted planning access.
Record an arrival
- Open Check-In and choose the event.
- Search for the guest and confirm their identity.
- Choose Check in for that person.
- If a plus-one also arrives, check them in separately or use Check in party only when the whole party is present.
- Confirm the recorded state before moving on.
Exceptions and corrections
RunCue may ask you to confirm an unconfirmed, declined or waitlisted arrival. Read the choice before changing RSVP as well as attendance. Provide an exception reason when requested. Use Undo check-in to correct a mistaken arrival; historical corrections may have additional restrictions.
Scanner, kiosk and connection
Use scanner or kiosk controls only where offered, and test the equipment before doors open. Check pending operations and connection messages. Do not assume a pending local action has reached other devices. Reconcile conflicts and confirm the final state after reconnecting.
